I like most of the ideas in here, however I can't really agree with the Castle Wars ones.
"If you kill five or more players without dying, would you like to be buffed which will increase the damage you deal and make you more difficult to kill?" -- This would reward random PKers, that don't really play the game (capture the flag) anyway. If you're defending you won't kill that many people soon, since there are multiple people defending and the kills will be divided. However, if you're camping the other team's spwn room or pking randomly over the map on your own, this can happen quite a bit faster. These are not the people that should be rewarded with more damage imo though.
"Should we add some siege weapons to help break down the doors of the keep?"
-- I don't mind, as long as it's just the gate.
"Finally, to make Castle Wars more accessible, we want to supply mages with runes if they don't want to bring their own"" -- This wouldn't be a good idea. Magic is undoubtably the best combat style to defend due to freezing/binding. If people want these advantages, they just have to pay for the runes like the rest of us. If you want to hand out free Magic xp a FOG-like minigame would be better then CW.
"Should 10% of your kills be translated into tickets at the end of each game?" -- As stated earlier, I don't feel like PKers need to be rewarded. This would just encourage more PKing and can easily be abused.
"Should you receive one ticket for each enemy flag that you deliver to your castle's standard stand?" -- This too, could be easily abused. If people start up games in non-themed world with just a few players (2v2 for example) they could easily get 5x as much as playing in a theme world would get them, which is hardly fair.
I don't think the way to save Castle Wars is to let people get the rewards faster, since they're still useless, but adding a few useful rewards that would make people play.
