Still not happy that the spirit shields passed. Dfs is gonna drop so much. I like the new content but instead of bring back stuff from Rs3, why not poll something new?

I feel like oldschool is moving away from the point of "oldschool" and is slowly creeping up on Rs3... I agree with new updates but can't people think of something new to create?

R.I.P Dfs price, will slowly go down from Spirit shields...

I'm super excited for corp to come out. I'm just curious if the death mechanics for corp will be the same for the rest of the game. Since the chance of death will be very high and people will be going through a lot of imbued rings. I was wondering if there was any chance of keeping an imbued ring or other non tradeables there longer or not.

Not as many people wanted an actual pure oldschool 07 server, it was just the only alternative to eoc which a lot of people hated, 07 was just a good place to start.

No it doesn't it will just be too strong even for Pvm. Pretty funny when you said "minority" vote because it was the community that voted that if new content would be added to the game it would need 75% of the community vote, and if you didn't vote for the more than 50% then it would be your own fault for that since they had it polled and you didn't take participation on the poll.

You've probably never even used a Divine lol, and at the time, the "community" didn't realize what exactly was going to happen when they voted for content to only pass with a 3/4 majority. Everyone was too caught up with 07 scape hype to realize giving the minority vote 4x more power than the majority would be a huge mistake in the long run.

I am not happy that corp and spirit shields passed. If you want old content, play RS3! Simple as that. If you're going to put new content into old school, put NEW content. Not recycled old content that previously made prices like DFS drop. Spirit shields are too OP for old school, both Overpowered AND overpriced. Its just content to appeal to high level people who just boss for millions of gp. Is this fair? No its not. What about the players that want more mid level content? What about the players who don't boss at all? Jagex needs to step in sometimes, because just because there is power to the players, doesn't mean they know what is best for the game. I believe polls should reflect what people generally want, but Jagex should ultimately decide from the results in the polls and forums.
