How about you sort out the server issue before you fart around with a poxy Halloween update which does nothing for the game....
Yeah, because 2 content developers, 1 QA tester & 2 community managers are in charge of server issues.

Please, do not add halloween masks into the game, it will just ruin the rare economy. I would like to see rares get more in value to higher the further oldschool continues. But please do not add them in, add a new item that is either tradeable/untradable.
