NOT TRUE! Guaranteed Elite Construction outfit pieces are not dropping.

I had played enough keys to get the entire Master Constructor's outfit. Thanks, much appreciated.

Next the Elite Construction outfit was featured. I started the next line and as before at the end the Elite Construction outfit piece was offered, "Guaranteed". I passed the elite piece at the end of the line twice and neither time did the Elite Contractor's Outfit drop.
A BUG!
It said "Guaranteed Elite Construction Outfit Piece" Got nothing!

How do I get my 2 pieces of Elite Contractor's Outfit that is owed to me? Now I'm afraid to play my other keys because I suspect the same thing is going to happen again.

I reported this bug "in game" but I never have had success with those guys and they will not respond to you directly!

You can submit raise a ticket in the Support Center if you want. It takes 48 hours for them to respond (if there is something to respond).

If you already have the full set, then you will not get any more pieced. If your inventory was full your prize might have sent to your bank. Have you checked your bank?

Thanks Dilbert2001, The Treasure Hunter offers two different sets. First the Master Construction Outfit and then the Elite Construction Outfit. The 2 pieces that I should have gotten was not in my inventory nor my bank.

Please tell me exactly How I "raise a ticket in the Support Center ". I have look everywhere and can't find the access to do that.

Master Constructor Outfit is the actual name of the "elite" constructor outfit. They are the same thing.

I guess you actually have received the guaranteed elite constructor outfit because officially it is called Master Constructor Outfit in the game.

36 hours I've had my ticket in and no piece yet from failure to drop. I'll give them credit because of the Ex-Lax (R) of an update they did, but don't expect action soon. They've got your money and they aint about to give it back and they don't care if you get what you pay for.

Are you having the same issue with OP on not knowing the elite constructor outfit is actually called Master Constructor Outfit? Seemingly he knows it now.

I saw you posted on another thread about your situation already but it doesn't seem to be what OP of this thread talked about.

The fix is in (ignored). For my friend that didn't know about Elite Construction Outfit. Just WIKI those words.

My support ticket was acknowledged but the promotion at issue has expired. Now I have 2 lost pieces of Elite Equipment (Guaranteed) and 300 Treasure Hunter Keys that were bought because of the promotion. Your right, they got their Real money in exchange for a guaranteed virtual prize. I guess that was the bottom line. Sad to have fell for it.

You should also realize it is elite construction outfit, the word "elite" describes it is a higher tier of the Construction Outfit but its name is actually Master Construction Outfit, not Elite Construction Outfit.
