Didn't revieve Umbral chest

Just wondering if anyone could help me with this. I purchased the 450 key package by clicking the banner on the runescape 3 store. I have logged in and out as well. I have received the keys but no Umbral Chest. Thanks for any help.

I tried the support, the furthest I got was a page that just offered answers if you didn’t receive anything at all. Thanks though!
