Unfortunately, I do not think you are missing any items here. When you land on a reward (including a purple reward) you will have a choice of
one
of three items. In this instance, the items were the springs, the Lucky coin, and rare item tokens. Whichever one you select would have been your reward: you cannot receive all three in one go.
I would recommend searching your bank for the items using the search feature on your bank's interface. This will also search Diango's storage, which s where the coin will be held if you ever destroy it. If the search returns no results, it could well be that you claimed the rare item tokens, which would have been added on to the ones that you already have.
Alternatively, you might have cashed out your prize for additional Oddments. If this is the case, the prize would have effectively been destroyed, and you would have received Oddments in its place.
As a PSA, you can add rare item tokens to your currency pouch to save some bank space.
