I've thought about flagging this up before as it's bothered me previously, but in the light of the duty of care changes and the fact that Jagex seem to be open to feedback about TH just now, there's something that I really think needs addressing.
With the crystal capsules event, you can see exactly what your prize rarity will be. For example, right now I only have one yellow-rarity gem left to open, but I'm out of my daily keys, so the 'splash page' comes up (the one that tries to tempt you to get more keys by telling you what your next prize could be). The very important question is, why are all three available prizes that are being dangled in front of me on this page red gem prizes? By definition of the promotion these prizes are unobtainable.
This is clearly misleading (although I'm optimistically assuming it's just some code that isn't functioning properly alongside the current promotion, rather than being an intentional attempt to get someone to buy keys for a chance at an impossible item) and I would have thought it could lead to some kind of advertising standards repercussions - definitely needs a fix, I think.
