It is a disappointing fact that too many bugs are being ignored. For example, clan banners have been bugged for over two years, the heartbeat sound on <25% health is missing, and the photobooth is not considered worth fixing.
That's not how it should go, but unfortunately Jagex seems to care only about money. Not that many people have unsubscribed because of the bugs. Jagex can ignore the bugs and people still pay for membership.
In this thread, I propose a new incentive for Jagex to fix bugs. Lucky bug fix is a new TH reward that can be won from a purple gem. This will open a special bug report dialog that allows the player to send in a bug report, but the bugs reported via this special dialog will actually be fixed!
When the bugs to which lucky bugfix is applied are actually fixed, this makes TH more popular. People buy more keys, and Jagex will get more money, which means the bugs are worth fixing even if Jagex care only about money!
I thank my friend for the inspiration to this amazing idea.

Sounds like a solid plan, I'm in! > )
If I were to win this, there's a certain game balance bug that's gone unfixed for years now which I would like to be fixed...
Thx for support!
I heard they found a fix to the game balance bug but it only works for 1 skill at a time and breaks in 6 months or so. See the latest news post:
