I've already sent Support a detailed message with the issue. We'll have to wait and see what they say.

If you haven't used the keys yet, an alternative is to request a refund. Personally, I don't want that though, I'd like them to make good on their promise.

This is a user error. When I clicked the promotion it took me to the key package page and if you read carefully under 75 keys there is also a 150 key package that isn’t usually there priced at the same price as the 75 key package.. 75 x2 = 150. That was the package you was supposed to click on, instead it looks as though people are buying the 75 package and just expecting 75 more keys to be added after purchase. Hope this cleared up any confusion.

So I had the same thing happen. Are you trying to say that everyone is lying about not seeing the promotional offer at the bottom? As I can confirm the only thing I personally saw, as well as a fair number of others, was an offer for the 450 keys and umbral chest.

That being said, I've contacted Customer Support through the link the FMod put up and still have yet to hear back on this.

They don't do refunds. At best they will give you the offer you were looking for and it will likely not happen for everyone.
I need my blue charms back.

Actually, there's literally on the website that you can request a refund for any keys you haven't used, with a button to send the request to Jagex. So unless that's a lie, they do offer refunds.
