If you've been banned from the chat in the past. It's obvious that they do not wish the pleasure of your company. Whether you knew about the chat before or not isn't the issue. If you can't message people in game it's due to them not wishing to chat with you. So instead of posting here to disrupt it's time to move on and find a group that wants your presence.

The instructions for resolving issues with this FC are found in the 5th post on Page 1: Agent F said :

If you are unable to find the FC owner or a rank in game, then you may make a polite post to request that the owner or a rank contact you, without going into any details as to why.
