My hearts of ice are being consumed 10 per key during the current promotion. I want to disable them because they arent working. Clicking on the “categories” button yields, “you cannot use your hearts of ice during this promotion.” I can find no way to disable them and they are being wasted. I need 100 hearts of ice refunded and a way to disable their use. This seems like a poorly implemented promo, as the developers lacked such foresight of a problem.

I know I have at least 2 categories frozen in previous promotions. I tried using my keys today and my hearts of ice were not consumed.

I would suggest raising a Lost Items claim
