Hello, I dont know where to post this. I was doing treasure hunter and got a chest with 3 purples. They were lucky farseer shield x3 hawkfeathers 400 ( I think) x3 and some lucky chaotic rapier offhand x3. When I closed the treasure tab. I went to my bag to check it out. And my bag was full and I only had the lucky farseer shield. I dont know what happened to the other stuff. I checked my bank but nothing is there. I checked with diango and he has nothing. I read that you can only have 1 lucky of a weapon. So I only have the shield x1 . What about the weapon? Does that involve only 1 lucky item per chest even though it showed me 2 different lucky items? If so ok. But what about my hawk feathers??

Hello oo Jesse oo,

If your bag is full when you are doing treasure hunter you cannot claim it to go into your inventory. The only option is the bank or to exchange it for oddments. My assumption is you accidentally hit the exchange for oddments or when the day reset your reward might have gone with it.

Under Runescape support, you can always submit a lost item claim and allow for them to process it if you think this has been done in error.
