No support for rereleasing these, they were meant to be discontinued and so it's disingenuous to change their discontinuity after people have already obtained them under said premise, especially if they're optional cosmetics.

Instead, new cosmetics should be made. That way, both new and old players get something new, instead of just those who weren't previously present. You might think you'll only be satisfied with what you already know, but Jagex could always make something new that you'll like even more.

Regarding unlocking game content, cosmetics aren't really content; you don't play them, you use them. They don't affect your performance in any way, e.g. you don't kill a boss any faster nor does it give an advantage against other players. Besides, it'll never be possible for anyone to unlock all the cosmetics in the game, since some, like the RF dragonling, require a RF attendance code from a specific year, and some, like the "EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" title, are a unique cosmetic that nobody else can get.

Regarding the "minority/majority" argument, your original thread was too small to present any meaningful sample size in regards to what is the majority and what is the minority. When your sample size is too small, it's easy for it to be biased and inaccurate. Runescape playerbase is significantly bigger than a 200-post thread, in which many posts are from the same players engaged in a discussion.
