So on 4-2-2021 CT @ 12:53 am, I went to purchase ONE set of $54.99 Treasure Hunter keys while in purchase mode the screen said system error, then items received......
Well imagine my surprise when I pulled up my account and there was nothing there. Then I looked on my prepaid debit card to find not only one transaction of $54.99 but a second one as well
I am playing RS3 and I was liking it even with some glitches, but this last one really takes the cake.
My username is TEYLEYANNA and I would SERIOUSLY would like a refund on the second set that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. And I would like some kind of compensation for not being able to use the first set of TH keys on the double dragon chests. Because by the time you respond to this issue the promotion will have ended.
I would advise you try sending the ticket to Jagex again, as they should be able to help you with this one. The
