Not really.

I mean why couldnt they just add these "promos" directly to th? Because normal promos have some special items going on that take over treasure hunter. However oddments could be made permanently with and without promos going on, as evident with this buried in treasure promo. Oddments r still here

Yes thats only due to the fact jagex said its staying throughout june.

Thus at this point we're just going in one big circle. They also didn't want free trade coming back. Look how it is now. Just because they don't "Want" something (btw where did it say they don't want it? They expressed no concern of not wanting it) doesn't mean that it still can't happen.
