One thing I really hate about Celestial Lanterns - In particular [Dusk Lanterns], is that they don't ignore your 99s. This really hurts trying to get a boost to your highest non-99.

I doubt this will change, but thought I'd put in my 2 gp.


EDIT: Then again, I guess it is good for those who want to build up huge bonus xp for what I heard is Vic next week.
