Nope.

If ppl want keys so bad, they can just buy them.

Besides, pking is beyond dead anyways, so no need for any updates for it.

There are plenty of such "product" already. Occasionally you convert TH keys into small amount of gp or a few tradeable items by using them. hmm, but you cannot convert them back into keys. unless you buy a bond with that gp I guess? Buy Zemomarks / Chromatic Partyhats safely here

You answered your owned question already. GP can be converted to bonds and back to TH keys. It apparently doesn't mean a thing to OP anyway, as he is just trying to get a way to transfer value from TH key to somebody else, which as I mentioned is against Jagex's own T&S.
