TH bugged?

Is Treasure Hunter bugged? I still have the keys from when I got my account back after the lockout. Every time I use the open 10 keys function, it will load the first prize, and then the second prize registers, but it doesn't pop up. I have to exit out of TH and open it back up for it to show the prize and I can collect it. SAPPERS LEAD THE WAY!

yeah the same thing happens to me. no clue how to fix it

Day 2 on forum. Day 8-9 of being an issue. No resolution lol. SAPPERS LEAD THE WAY!

Yeah after the account lockout i am also having the same problem 3 weeks in...very fustrating.. i sent in a bug report and everything no response yet.

Jaheem - it might've been an issue beforehand. Got my account back on the 11th, but I didn't really touch the Cerberus event at all. So I wouldn't have noticed. SAPPERS LEAD THE WAY!
