hello i looked for a while on the support and couldn't find a way to directly contact jagex, i was only sent to FAQ which didn't help and cant find an email that will be looked at so hoping its seen on here, not the end of the world but my hearts of ice has been reset to only 100 after logging in after 2 years, i used to have close to, or over a thousand of them, so i may be mistaken but seems ive lost a load, can this be looked at please

You could look under the "Lost item" support tab or the Treasure hunter support tab and
see if there is a contact us button.

Jagex probably did this manually and hoped you wouldn't notice after not logging in for so long.
