Some of the Starfury items are best in game for f2p. It's been at least (3?) years since the starlight ore was last obtainable. Time for another short promo again?

Portable Vic makes it possible to get the starfire / starfury cape (only item worthy) again, but it would still count as a MTX BiS item sadly.
