After receiving large and medium Phoenix Lamps... I opened a large lamp and the message said, " One of your Phoenix Lamps was not consumed and you unlocked the Phoenix Wing Backpack!" I checked in my Customisations and there is no wings skin. I checked my backpack and there was no token.... So the question becomes, where is it?
Also, I did take a picture of my screen, to prove what it said, if this is questioned.
Did anyone else have this problem? What should I do?
UPDATE::: FOUND! Another player explained the cosmetic override was located in the cape slot. I was looking elsewhere. Thank you to a fellow Rs player in helping me resolve this issue.
