It seems inevitable that when you've accumulated a huge number of keys through the months, that you also have many more Hearts of Ice than is reasonable. Is there any solution for people who have thousands (or tens of thousand) of hearts that don't want to go through the very time-intensive process of selecting 10 categories to freeze when you just want to breeze through your keys...? Just seems way too unbalanced in practice.

If you select e.g. 10 skill categories to be frozen, because you're already maxed on those skills and don't want more exp, then what's the problem? Just select them once and keep spinning?

Because I'd love to be able to use all 10 hearts every round, if not to block useless items in non-maxed categories (such as raw sharks or air runes or even prismatic stars in categories that I have enough bonus xp in but still want to receive things like silverhawks) then to bump the chance I end up with an uncommon or rare over a common prize.

It seems like what youre saying is you want to be able to freeze prizes on the active bar of possible rewards. Thats like having a list of possible clue rewards before you open a casket and deselecting the things you dont want. It would make getting a 200m super rare prize easy and would break the point of TH. To make you buy keys in the scant hopes youll get a special prize like 200m after buying 15 keys. Then in the hopes that 35 will do it. Etc, etc mtx's and jagex's greedy fingers...

You should be able to use the hearts in a different manner though like converting to keys? you get a heart of ice per key to use and yes they build up, so 1 key = 1 heart. Then convert 5 hearts for 1 key. Youd still have to save said currency like most other currencies before it will really mean something. I only suggest this because i have almost 27k hearts of ice and when i look at them i see a waste.

EDIT: haha this is older than i thought. oh well maybe hearts can get some attention now.
