so i mentioned a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjtZGjI29Qc
i mentioned it because a player spent 13k most likely usd to max in 3 days. if that is elapsed time then yes the player could have spent 1k per week as that is the limit jagex says is policy.
however, the player states that they have bought 20k keys in one day. he also said he hoped that he could buy more keys without getting a limit like another time he bought 20k keys. and he really wanted to buy keys because the th promo was only for 1 day. 5:09 mark
this shows how the enticing promotion works.
this is in the wiki:
Buying keys
Keys can be bought in groups of 15, 35, 75, 200, or 450 keys, with a respective 40, 120, 400, 1,200, and 3,000 bonus Hearts of Ice given to the player upon purchase. There isn't a cap on how many bought keys and Hearts of Ice that a player can have at a time. Players can spend an unlimited amount of money on keys. Players can
Bought keys will expire 12 months after they were bought.
Keys Hearts of Ice Cost (€) Cost ($) Cost (£)
15 40 4.39 $5.99 £3.69
35 120 €8.79 $10.99 £7.39
75 400 €17.59 $21.99 £14.79
200 1200 €43.99 $54.99 £36.99
450 3000 €87.99 $109.99 £73.99
from the 450 keys and 74 pounds my math comes out to 6081 keys per week at 1,000 pounds.
20k keys per day = 3,288 pounds. 20k per day yet no limit per month, how? that would be 600k keys per month and almost 100k pounds, how.
when was 1k per week and 5k per month implemented? idk.
none of the math adds up, can a player still buy 20k keys in one day? if not when did it change?
this info is in the wiki along with current promo. so should be up to date.
i ain't none good at math. i got a headache.
