Yesterday i purchased 35 spins via mobile, and i havent recieved them yet.
I checked my bank account and payment was succesfully taken from me.

What should i do?

Assuming when you say "spins", you mean Treasure Hunter keys, see the Didn't receive my Treasure Hunter Keys article in the Support Centre.
