I never got my extra oddments for claiming my prize like I use to for the duplicate items. This has happened back on Friday as well just was not able to get screenshots.

Hello Sevhia

The multipliers do not apply to oddments. If you are looking for extra oddments, converting the prizes would be one option.

Hello.
I apologize in advance for writing on your post, but I could not create my own one I was not able find where to. Sorry!

My issue:
On one of the days after the oddment store update had came out. I found out that all my rewards apart from (silver hawk boots) had been reset and I have to buy them all again. Could one of the Mods look into this please .Why do I have to waste my oddment points and buy them all again ???
