I've been waiting a while to get the pop up once again that claims if you buy 75 keys then you'll get a bonus 75 keys. I've never used this promotion prior, however, it HAS popped up for me on occasion which I usually closed out of it. This time I decided I'd go through with it and try my luck.
The pop up finally happened again when I logged into the game about 15 minutes ago, so I went ahead, clicked the 'claim now' button, and had a browser window opened to the payment screen to choose which bundle I wanted.
Obviously, I went with the 75 keys option, paid, and closed the webpage.
Back on the RS3 client, I opened the 'upgrades and extras' tab to see that I had 75 keys waiting for me. As of typing this, the amount of keys has remained the same. I've tried logging out and back in to refresh it. I've waited a little while just messing about doing clues as I was previously doing, yet I still only have the 75 keys from the purchase and not the bonus 75 keys as promoted.
Not sure what more I can do other than posting here on the forums about it. I hope I can get the extra 75 keys as promoted as I wasn't going to buy the 75 key package otherwise.
