I'm not sure if this is intentional but I opened a chest on Treasure Hunter and it said I got 2 Lucky Chaotic Kiteshield. Yet when i opened my inventory I only got one. Is this intentional because its kind of ridiculous to tell me I got two drops get all excited and I don't even get them because Jagex doesn't think its fair.

The game itself does not allow you to have more than one of that shield. Applies to all other lucky equipment. The other prize probably got cashed out though.
