I would really love to have a shot at the Starfury Cape, it looks so damn cool:

It seems unlikely that it's gonna be returning in the near future. :(

I know this is a far shot, but is there any way to contact Jagex about bringing back old promotions? It shouldn't be too hard to program if they still have the code right?

when Vic the trader came one time you could get starfury items. I do not
think you could specify which (i could be mistaken). Within last couple times
he came out, not just right when the event had happened.

Also with a bond you can buy a vic the trader item which allows you to use
the item up and vic will spawn for you for an hour. But the hour is straight
thru no stopping and starting it. So if you did want to spawn your own Vic
make sure you have lots of bxp to trade to him before you spawn him.
