You specifically announced Santa’s grotto as lasting from December 18th to January 3rd on the main website new post dated 11 December 2023. There was no mention of the exchange to Snow Imp’s grotto as it was announced just today. As someone who spent several hundred keys on the treasure hunter promotion, I feel scammed with the change as a simple announcement would have told me to wait to use my keys at the opportune time. Snow imp’s grotto and Santa’s grotto are not the same. I feel anyone who spent keys on this event prior to the update should receive compensation in replacement keys for their spent keys.
This practice is simply manipulating and unethical.
