I've provided this feedback for a number of reasons. They can do whatever they want, but they need to know when they have gone too far.

They don't need to know what you think because they haven't gone too far. I am getting cash prizes from my money tree and other places every few days for many years. It is common sense for RS3 players, if not all online game players to know the difference between pixels in a game and real prizes.

One suggestion I can make to everybody on the forums though. Consumers always have our rights to ask for further information of any product even if such information is common sense. In Jagex case, they have made this statement on their Terms & Conditions:

"22. COMPLAINTS
If you are dissatisfied with a Jagex Product or any aspect of it, please contact us via the customer support section of the Jagex Product website here. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, please write to our registered office above providing us with the following information: your name, username, email address, the full details of your complaint, Jagex’s previous response to your complaint and why you disagree with the outcome. Please mark the letter for the attention of the “Customer Support Complaints Team”.

Hope it helps. :)

That's a little complicated for me. Maybe Dino has something to say about it.

It is not complicated at all, because it is common sense.

Basically it means when everybody knows something like the "cash" we are getting in the game is in game cash, not real money, for soooooo loooooonnnnnngggggg in a video game (or it is common sense pixels aren't real items), the developers have no obligation to explicitly state they are virtual cash every time they mention it frivolusly.

It is OK if you think such common sense is too complicated. My posts should still share useful information to the other forum users.

You keep repeating common sense, which in this case would suggest they consider changing the cash references.

I'm not sure if you are trying to convince me, Dino, yourself, or some imaginary 3rd party. Either way there is nothing more you can add to it, since Dino's research already proved that SoF was the original source of cash bags.

It won't matter what was the original source of the cash bag. Cash is pixel cash in the game regardless where and when it came from. It is common sense to all of us who play online video games, and even more so in Runesape since we have been exposed to such Cash daily in the game.

When there were cash bags 10 years ago everybody knew they were pixels, it is common sense everybody should know 10 years later cash bags are still pixels.
