where to find my cosmetic?

hello,
I have finished the TH promotion and unlocked full outfit but can't find the outfit in my wardrobe.
it says that it is for the witches' outfit from 2008 Hallowe'en event.
I started in 2010, does this mean this promotion is useless to me, or is there another way to get this outfit?

No you dont get the item outfit from the Halloween event as this is an override.

Just go to "full outfits" and you should see it.
