what advise do you expect? does it say "3x prize after using 100 keys"? no.
you had bad luck, or the 3x is just rare.

I got the 2nd multiplier and make it 3x today and I only used the 3 daily keys plus a couple of bonus dropped from playing the game. So, I likely used less than 20 keys to get the 3x prize. Apparently, the multipliers are not too rare, at least to me.
