I think it would be really cool to add a new Christmas cracker to treasure hunter, but have it colored red like the OG cracker from runescape classic (does not have to be red, but definitely a different color than white). Treat it the same way as the current Christmas cracker, but have it give a black partyhat or some new color partyhat. Allow the cracker and new colored partyhat to be tradeable. I feel like this would be a highly sought after item thus pushing sales for treasure hunter keys.
