Why MTX lock Purple Ween?

As the title states, why lock this specific item solely behind MTX? We all had chances for the GSH, we all had the opportunity to unlock a Golden Partyhat, but why not the Purple Ween? Seems a little off balance for Jagex to re-release recolored old rares into events but lock some behind MTX where only a certain percentage of players can obtain it. Give it a fair chance like the other two, and continue to do so. It only makes sense.

Green santa made jagex lots of moolah last year so clearly they this year they were like yeah we want more. Gsh was from both paper and th and gold phat was from unlocking so jagex prob thought they would only make purple hween from th and no other sources.

10 years ago this wouldn't fly, but now everyone seems indoctrinated enough to believe this is ok for the overall health of the game.

There are other cosmetics we can only get from certain TH promotions too, why not Purple Halloween Mask?

The other thing is all TH items will eventually be obtainable outside TH. I don't doubt Purple Halloween Mask, just like other items originally appeared on TH, can be obtained outside TH after at least a year and probably longer.
