for us innocent ppl who know nothing it would be really nice if there was some kinda hint as to what you can expect to get with each separate *attune* only obvious one is protean items

There was nothing said on release of the first backpack to say it would not be re released in the future. However running two mtx/th things at the same time does seem just a little on the over the top border.
Charges left on the old pack are added to the new one btw! so lol to those complaining about it.
Jagex is a company that has to make money to release new content just like any other company/business if you dont like it then stop supporting members and go f2p.

It is not the first time Jagex run TH and Runecoin promotions at the same time. They did that with Spring Fayre and such before. Nothing special at all.
