To entertain a discussion of TH tainting the Hiscores because we can "buy" xp, it is the similar sentiment with Bond tainting the Hiscores and the "TH Hiscores" you suggested too.

So if I win 50 mil gp from TH and use it to buy resources to gain xp, or a Torva set and immediately help me to gain more xp, or bond to get membership for another alt which produce more resources or gp and therefore more xp for my main, Should this count as xp gained from TH?

It would be interesting to see the scale of Xp gain. Like are people buying 200mil every skill?

It’d maybe be too difficult to track though, for example I got around 1 mil Slayer Xp today from two invents of medium prismatic lamps gained from oddments.
Then there’s bxp, double Xp weekends, auras, guardians gift, buying resources with bonds and Xp scaling to a players lvl.
I don’t think it’d be possible to track purely treasure hunter xp as theres so many things muddying the water.

Plus there’s the whole ethical quandary of sharing a persons spending habits publicly. :P Check out Thieves guild layout redesign. Happy ‘scaping

Plus there’s the whole ethical quandary of sharing a persons spending habits publicly. :P you can earn th keys in game it doesn't mean they bought a lot of keys, for all you know they earned them via achievements etc Buy Zemomarks / Chromatic Partyhats safely here

Then the concept of your suggestion completely failed to serve its purpose because Oddments can be used to buy non-xp related cosmetics as well and xp granting stars/lamps and such. Because player behaviors on using the Oddments are completely non-deterministic, your prosposed "Hiscores" is completely meaningless.
