As title says... Do TH keys ever actually pop up with any of those special offers?

I missed out on the 450 keys for 45$ with mobile promo thing... i was waiting for payday and eventually when i went to purchase it, the deal had ended. I was saddddd.

Anyways, i have been keeping an eye on the store daily/weekly hoping for some special offers but have seen NONE.

Should I just lose all hope? lol

No, they do appear but rarely. I noticed it's mostly around holidays or something that will bring them huge revenue.
The action or process of causing so much damage to something that it no longer exists or cannot be repaired.

Specials are based on account purhase behavior. Accounts that buy a lot of keys have different offers, based on buying patterns.
