I think TH needs 'removed from the game' OR jagex is going to be open to lawsuits on defense of the kids who play this game. (already are TBH)

Those in UK government who allowed 'loot boxes' are corrupt, any true legal mind would have closed it down but $$$ it's great "who cares for the players money anyways...."

^Inside the mind of a player, could be one of 18+ or under 15 years of age. Influence kids to gamble and I will personally give parents all documents against the legal system, game companies on grounds of corruption.

No lawyer or judge can outsmart me. <---evidence against them for 'using the legal system to aid companies into ripping the people off' will haunt them, charges will include treason to the system they are to manage(denunciation of ownership and control of such system).

This P2W stuff is getting to the point of Overreach. And must be brought to parents attention world wide on what kids are exposed to online via companies.

Timed P2W 'force' players to overspend, given TH is gambling, not out right paying 100$ for the item you wanted(still bad), it's random what it costs you. makes it much, much more worse against Jagex's creditability in 'trust'. Also given the uprising cost world wide during conflicts, 100% insulting to add such P2W to the game, only those not being hit bad can afford these P2W items

I can afford them, but my family would laugh at me for buying such pixel items, games used to be earnable content. P2W has no valid policies that protect a player OR limit a gaming company on what it can or can't sell.

TH is highly damaging to this game and to the kids who play it.

TH Influence mentality towards kids = gambling is okay and bad teachings of investments, buying in-game items is a waste.

I have bought $1k+ worth of fortnite skins for my nephew and I. I support the art work, but this RNG/gambling limited time P2W is making me question who in charge in the UK allowed it and if that person should lose their job

^not the ones designed by corruptionists. Let the parents decide what is gambling in a video game.

The gaming industry and many other types of companies are overcharging and i dislike monopoly systems. Games can make great income without P2W stuff. Some games like this one, have gambling in them.

^i'll be honest, if you play TH for XP rewards only, it's not gambling for you, those rewards others may buy and try for winning is a bonus to you. But...if i buy keys, solely for winning a rare prize.....it's no different than me going to a casino and buying chips hoping to earn more.

^whether it chips or tokens or 'keys', maybe i won't get it, do i buy more? most will continue. That is how gambling works. who did jagex pay off? OR which casino paid off people in the UK.

But i also know, jagex knows these P2W methods are wrong. If any employee admits it, they would most likely get fired. That's how the world works.

So you're using hyperbole to put emotional emphasis on your point.

People have been bitching about RuneScape's microtransaction system since the day it debuted as "Squeal of Fortune". "keys" were in fact "spins" and people were sardonically spouting off "SPIN2WIN" all over the place.

I personally feel that TH shouldn't exist, but there's little you can do about it. At the end of the day, Jagex is a for-profit company and they're going to explore and implement methods to that end.

You can't cure gambling addiction by making an angry post on the forums. If someone wants to squander their grocery/rent/mortgage/whatever money at the local casino, the casino will happily take their money because, not unlike Jagex, the casino is a for-profit entity...

You claim that video game companies are open to lawsuits, but funnily enough my local news outlets in my corner of the planet seem to have failed to pick up on the media coverage regarding this.

In the end, nothing will change. It's here to stay, whether we like it or not.

Media and systems are not for the people, as proven by Covid 19 and trucker convoy lies. Thus given unfolding tensions, people can 'remove/Denounce the legal system as corrupt to reform a new one.

New World Order and Democracy set to aid the people is already designed. It's not just gamming industry that is targeted. World can change so much more but Greed stands in the way.

Western Empire check mated itself recently. True Non-bias legal system can prove and follow all these company policies back to who founded them and why.

Some things shouldn't be sold. Jagex can't even update this game much as they focus solely on MTX. P2W is too cheap shot and too profitable for little effort and damages games. Technology needs challenged/effects of P2W.

Lawyers stand with those who have money, reason all this never changes, My legal system i designed, lowers the need for lawyers in these matters by using 'point of views' and seeing 'behind someones mind'. It's a chart.

I designed the whole legal system in london England when i was judge there in another life, i can prove the system after my death was aimed to rip people off from the beginning, including USA's democracy. <--i can fix this system so easy.

World's companies have always found loop holes to make 'MAX' profits. You got rid of slavery, but replaced it by paying people 1$ a day to work in mines and many kids have died. Profit margins on these batteries? Hmm and people wonder why people are rising and waking up to this BS of our systems.

Just because you can sell things for X cost, doesn't mean you should. "Design once, sell infinite, needs policies....."

Greed can buy the best lawyer, I can shatter them with true values of the people.

lol. i don't stand by the line "this is how life is". Anything can be changed.

As for 'reality', Just because i stand with the people spiritually doesn't mean i'm out of touch with reality. But i also don't bend a knee to lies or act like a sheep lol.

^i rather tell the truth to what happens behind sealed vaults. All companies are in my view;

-Construction(overtaking farm lands)
-Insurance(failed model)
-Gaming (MTX/Milking players money instead of designing great content)
-Banks (they lost 18-25% of the worlds money, was that a secret?)
-Tesla/battery makers (slavery, not paying people true values for work, supporting poverty/Racism)
-Wall street and other foundations of price manipulation.

And much more......

Reality means nothing, go back in time, talk about computers and TV's, people would laugh at you to.

Nothing is impossible, only requires a set of motives to cause the 'push' to cause change, covid 19 divided everyone, broke trust. How many died because the world chose to lie? covid could have ended in 8 months.

Choices made will re-forge society. Hire a lawyer to refund my 300$, nope, most will just count the loss and move on. This has to stop.

This is why i hate company greed. they will walk on you, until laws defend the people, companies are secondary in importance, value the people who buy your product, design well, you will make money....Do a cheap job just to make fast money, people will notice and buy from someone else. What if you own the monopoly? you bought and closed all the others, thought we were for creating jobs?

^true worlds reality, "they destroy and undermine themselves", Many solutions are on the table, some cost more than others. Best solution "value the people and stop abusing them"

keep up the good work. Don't trust any pc's listed, any advice or talks between posts on ID forums anymore , the Manips are let loose, especially the main one with 15+ accounts posting acting as different people.. do your own research
