This is like saying playing at arcades is considered gambling.
Your paying to play a game at an arcade.
Jagex's Treasure hunter players are buying keys to buy limited time in-game rares at 'game of chance' practices. <---Might take 50$, might be 200$, it's a gamble on 'rigged' designs.
My view when i bought fury shark "do i stop or continue spending until i get it?" <---that is 100% gambling.
Corruption within the legal system won't win....I already designed a better, far superior legal system for the people. Companies monopoly within the courts are about to be 'destroyed legally'.
Like i stated before, i have 25 years+ worth of evidence against companies of all types. "How your society is designed to rip you off and how this can stop" And my favourite "How video game companies changed to P2W to target kids instead of designing a better product, it's all cheap shot, fast sales now"
I know everything, i hold many secrets including how to fix all world problems. Maybe i want society to break down. Look to all world events thus far last 4 years. It was my agenda of reason for changes world wide to occur.
shh...i can outsmart anyone. knowing what happen before it happens is a great gift, to warn someone to prevent a downfall or let it happen? choices are everything.
^source block is the legal system, chain links to why gambling is allowed in games to many more problems i have documented in society failures.

Nope, its not gambling as you always get a reward unlike when you gamble.
Take claw games for example, you dont always get the prizes that are inside those thus thats gambling.
From TH 100% of the time, you always get something.
Just because you didnt get what you
wanted
doesnt make it gambling.
So if you received a banana or a 5% off 1 night hotel stay after a turn in a Casino then that wouldn't be gambling to you? After all, it might not be what you wanted but you still got something.

Nope as like you just said, its just you not gertting what you
wanted
.
You get something both ways out of this scenario.
It would be wise to look up the definition of gambling before continuing.
It doesnt say anywhere that gambling is not getting what you wanted.
My example of the claw game was gambling for the reason stated.
@ XSlay4DeathX - Your post above has been hidden for making personal attacks on another poster.
And this thread is locked as it is just going around in circles.
This Forum is for feedback on Treasure Hunter content. Whether or not you agree with the way gambling has been defines by the laws that govern Jagex's products, is not feedback on the content. Jagex has a legal team that they pay to ensure that Treasure Hunter promotions, as well as other game content and promotions, are in compliance with the laws in the UK.
If you think that the laws defining gambling should be changed, then you should take that up with the lawmakers rather than the users of the RuneScape Forums.
