Sadly not enough to invest in anything major.
IMO you need some higher levels before there's anything too significant to spend it on.
Level 70 Defence -> Bandos/Armadyl armour, Subjugation Robes
Level 75 Attack -> Saradomin Godsword
Level 77 Magic -> Armadyl Battlestaff
Level 80 Ranged -> Zaryte Bow
Divination -> Buy energy in order to do enhanced xp conversions for faster levelling
Crafting -> Buy uncut gems for fast levelling
Smithing -> Buy bars or partially upgraded equipment for fast levelling
Get 80 in those three skills then start training Invention
That's my advice.
Could buy a Dragonstone armour set for 35m if you wanted to show off. (level 50 defence)
