I can't imagine I am the only one this happened to but I can't find anyone posting about it on forums or Twitter.
I didn't notice it right away while I was on mobile

I switched to desktop so I could take screenshots.
Every key used failed to move the progression bar and there were no cubes for the Penguin pet on the Freezer chests.
I filed a bug report in game and posted on Twitter.
No response from other players or Jagex on Twitter so I thought I would try on forums.
This deserves attention as a NONE of the progression bar prizes were given.

i don't remember because i don't use th that much but i'm pretty sure when it's the mysteria Promo the bar isn't actually active for dragon chests or it belongs to the loot duels promo.

submit a bug report in game and it'll get looked at.

also nothing even came up with your hashtag searches. Don't trust any pc's listed, any advice or talks between posts on ID forums anymore , the Manips are let loose, especially the main one with 15+ accounts posting acting as different people.. do your own research

Thanks for your comment. I have screenshots on Twitter showing the bar during the promo I was in.
And I just pasted #TreasureHunter in the search bar on Twitter and it comes up.
It's under @Akemi32695502 Aug 3

Also I already submitted bug report but from previous experiences have NEVER gotten any contact or results from one.

that's because they don't respond to bug reports. if it's an actual bug they'll look into it and fix it. Don't trust any pc's listed, any advice or talks between posts on ID forums anymore , the Manips are let loose, especially the main one with 15+ accounts posting acting as different people.. do your own research

I understand no "response" but I haven't seen the "FIX" from prior reports. In game reporting is a black hole.
