Treasure hunt lost loot

I got some keys and opened the chests in sets of 10, I get to a full inventory and click claim later, but when I go back to claim all 10 one after the other, only 1 item is claimed and the rest are lost, not sure what to do.. any advice?

If you've checked your inventory/bank/TH interface and still can't find them, you may be able to submit a lost items claim
