I propose a cleanup of some of the pinned topics in this board. Below are my suggestions.

- Event Submission Topic, Promotion Submissions, and Fansites & Jmod Events
These three topics should be combined into one. Include a template that you would like for us to use and add an additional field about what the user is wanting from the submission: Event Promotion, JMod Participation, Misc Promotion. They are all basically asking for the same general information, just in a different way.

- So, who's who?
This topic should either be updated or removed. I feel like it could be removed since the signature update because I feel like most users will be including their fansite within their signature making it easier to know who you are talking to without needing to refer to another topic. This also saves work on Jagex's end as updates would not be required.

- Updating Contact Details and Fansite Support - Updated List
It looks like these topics have run their course.

- Fansite Tier Progression Guide
This is no longer valid information as the tier system isn't in place. Simply unpinning this topic should suffice.

- Fansite Support Changes and Welcome!
These two topics should be merged together to create a new welcome topic. The Welcome topic itself should be slightly updated to no longer refer to the tier system. Then in the second post of the welcome topic, include the information that is currently in the Fansite Support Changes topic (information about the two different fansite levels).

I really love this idea, I tired to send my feedback to Jagex through emails about it, but I would love to see things a little cleaned up, I ready have a thread Fansite Directory which could replace the "So, who's who?", especially with ways to contact people. Even would be nice to get more stories in the RS Fansites - What made you... , which can serve as a great welcoming thread. Which means less editing on Jagex part and more of everyone working together to help build this community back up.

I look forward to seeing everyone feedback and see this forums more active which is hard to say but it can happen. Thanks for taking the time out to make these suggestions :) , I know I am on board for it.

Since this was way back in March I still hope that this has pass "review" as the Fansite Leader forums topics do need to be cleaned up and updated. Its fairly simple in my opinion since most information in some of those threads are strongly outdated.
