I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss (or forget) a memo at some point and confirm that [email protected] is still the email address we are supposed to be using (it's been a while since we talked
).
I also noticed that a couple of the email addresses had been discontinued ([email protected] and [email protected]), and was wondering (while I am here) if the [email protected] email is still in operation?
I am already aware of a couple of players who in the past days tried to reach account support via mail. They failed to do so, because of the discontinued mailboxes.
Is there currently any active mailbox for account help?
Also, I would like to share I was told that "[email protected]" mentioned on
services.runescape.com/m=rswiki/en/Account_Help
is not supported any longer.
May I ask you to reach the Mods responsible for Support pages and ask them to update it?

Heh, I was ironically about to ask the same thing.
I sent an email about 2 weeks ago and I've not had a response.
What's the estimated response times on an email? and the original question is [email protected] the right email to use?

The ones I mentioned as being discontinued in my OP are replaced by support tickets. I had assumed the response time on email was something like 3 business days, which is why I made this. I suppose it's also quite possible that Mod Infinity is taking some vacation this summer and is simply not around.
The [email protected] is still working, and so is the [email protected]. They removed the account- and billing ones and encourage people to use the aforementioned ticking system instead. There's a thread about that somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. Account stuff also goes through Twitter using @JagexSupport (9AM-9PM) these days

Stand up for what is right, even if you stand alone
fansites@ is still a valid address yes - I note that there is an eamil from you Randox, but that it is a very complicated issue which we have already addressed several times on the forums. It will be answering it in detail that will take the time.
The summation is that while it is possible to use AHK's legally there are functions that can be used that clearly breach the rules - and where people constantly attempt to find wiggle room. We are looking at a response directly to your email but a number of statements have been made on the forums concerning it already in the last 12 months and all that has happened is some players continue to attempt to find space within the statement to use those functions in ways they know are unacceptable in truth.
Thanks for the response Mod Matthe. I do realise I asked what must be a frustrating question on your end and I appreciate you guys taking the time to answer it for me.
