What about an organized, in-game meet up between the employee and some of the members from the fan-site :) ? This could achieve a more spontaneous experience!

Hi Undo ,

As much as we would love to do them in game the difficulty of scheduling those times to be able to suit all parties around our development commitments makes it much less likely to be able to do it this way. That was why I had suggested a text based interview where the fansite presents a number of interview questions and the JMod answers them for you, probably in more detail than they would be able to in game or similar.
