Hi!

Hosting an event? Want some promotional support? Then you've come to the right place!

This thread should be used to let Jagex know about your up and coming events; whilst we can't guarantee support for every submission we'll certainly try our best!

We're keen to help support you on our social sites, so if you have a Twitter account you'll be tweeting the event from then let us know about that too... as we might be able to re-tweet your official tweet. :)

Here's the form you'll need to submit and post below:

Fansite:
Event type: (in game PVP, PVM, Skilling, Party, etc)
Event description: (brief description, include world & location... are you giving away any prizes?)
Event date & time: (times in UK forum time please)
Event link: (link to the event topic/calendar on your website)
Social pages: (links to your social pages you plan on promoting the event from)

I would love to post up some events, but currently in a little dilemma (have sent a email about this). But doing a event really sounds awesome and something I would love to do, even if I might be the only from my Fansite attending :\.

I might have some ideas in mind and things I do want to do :) , so I might be using this eventually because I do enjoy gatherings and watching everyone having fun and taking screenshots of the event.

Hey guys,

these are current events for this weekend. It would be amazing if you could attend. I am not sure if Saturday works for you though... Letting to know me your status in advance would definitely help me achieving even higher attendance.

Maybe we will also host English Conversation Class on our TeamSpeak server, I have to check with hosts, if they are going to be available on Saturday/Sunday.

Event type: Competition/Fun event on Oldschool RS
Event description: Oldschool Hide & Seek. Our OSRS Staff will be hiding for a couple of times. The role of attendees will be to find them. First one to find hiden person gets chance to pick random number. Each number will be assigned with some reward. World 335. Friends Chat (Clan Chat) "Csfo".

Except for these we also host regular events on weekly basis, i.e. Skilling Monday on 19:00 GMT, Clan Citadel Wednesday on 19:00 GMT, Penguins Hide & Seek Thursday on 20:00 GMT. During periods of special events such as Super September or World Events we also host daily events for these. WE2 Daily Event occurs on 18:00 GMT.

@Matonym - thanks for posting those. I'm afraid we don't have access to our Mod accounts on weekends as we're not in the office. We could see what we can do about your weekly events though!

@Mod Balance, I see... I've kind of expected that you guys won't be available on weekends. No problem!

If you guys would like to attend one of our weekly events I definitely suggest Clan Citadel Event on Wednesday. Citadel offers plenty of posibilities of what to do plus the attendance on wednesdays is solid. It's on 19:00 GMT

I'll also ask my Event Team to prepare something cool for the week after next on weekdays.

I am really exited to see you guys trying to make things happen and to be helpful, that's so great :)

Hi,

How much notice would you like for these events? I don't mean a last-minute "please attend today" since that could be pretty hard to promise, but two days? Three?

In addition to our longtime weekend events, RuneHQ have recently started hosting events on Fridays (both in the morning and evening) and it would be great to get some extra exposure. :) Den Leader of the new fansite
