This seems incredibly similar to the promotion submission topic now. Would it not make it cleaner (one less pinned topic) and simpler (one less topic for you to look through) to combine the two topics into one general promotion topic where both events and other happenings can be posted since all you're doing is promoting them both anyway? I'd like to keep events & 'other' separate for the time being. :) The way we promote them is different depending on what they are.

Once again we prepared something huge . This Event starts of new competition "
CSF Cryptic Clue Fest
", where each player can earn up to 2M or fight for final prize 4x25M .

Throughout February each 2-3 days there will be new clue (2 types of them). One will require player to " Go to the place and do something as required " and post screenshot of it, the second type will ask players to bring requested items to any of our Staff team ingame. There is also small chance of earning extra ticket (s) by atttending our events during the competition.

This aims for increase of both global traffic and regular userbase of web . Users will be using our web (posting screenshots of clues) and at the same time bringing items to Staff member, who can afterwards introduce player to all of our knowledge base and activities.
Plus there will be extra attendance on regular events.
