Hello! I sent an email about account name last week but still no answer, so i was wondering is Jagex support email still valid?

It's Mod Kalaya who is now in charge of Fansites.

I guess the mail is, but we usually have to wait a long time as well before we get a reply if at all... will try to poke Kalaya on Runefest anyway Trying to get her attention on this post as well... Admin of the german Schnupptrupp Fansite
