Thats gonna be really hard for many reasons.

- People who used to enjoy warring/pking are mostly retired or in Old School RuneScape, as they no longer enjoy fighting in rs3, most of them don't even understand the combat system. And this was the main reason why Jagex had a Clan Cup in 2010, 2011, 2012 but not in 2013 (but they had in Old School Runescape).

- Most of Runescape 3 players don't war/pk and perfer to skill and to have skill contests and things like that. I'm on a community clan of World 42 with 500 people on it and in a year, only met like 2 or 3 in clan that enjoy pking/wars and they don't even enjoy the pvp fights for the World Event 2.

- Another issue is related to the nations itself. You will have loads of Brazillians joining Portuguese or Portuguese joining Brazillian, as well as other country unions we know.

As a solution, I only think that will be possible in Old School, but it's still hard. Portuguese and Brazillian people together wouldn't be +100 people on it.

Probably you are right, but I guess WE2 was to make players pvp more and if we do not  continue showing that combat is something that is a part of RuneScape it might fade away completely. Your point is that the Brazilian/Portuguese communities might help each other. Was a risk before and may of course be a risk this time as well. You can always scale the amount of players down if you believe in that instead ;)

I know it would be a lot of effort. But if more players see a potential chance of the reviving of pvp I am ready to help out as well ;) Also it might drag a few players back to revisit RS3 if they found some pvp activities. Today there are none, and clearly a reason to play Old School instead.

Another solution is to not divide for example the Brazilian and Portuguese communities and merge them into one. And adapt other communities after that ;) Just to make sure it is equal or nearly equal on both sides. Again since this was not an issue back in the days ;)

Asked Calm Enigma ans she was going to forward to a JMod interested in pvp events. Will wait and see what he thinks about the idea :)
