Dunno but the video community has been so neglected it's unreal. They weren't even invited to the Documentary thing, Fansite people were.

Since Jane/Silentc0re left, pretty much all video maker support has gone with them. Shame since they're Jagex's most valuable players pretty much - They've already lost me and some others, how many more will stop too? I'll bet quite a few. Owner of an

We've been talking about reviving this forum since 2014. I think it's safe to assume the community team doesn't have the resources to support videomakers at present.

I agree with Skiller that videomakers are a valuable player group for Jagex. Millions and millions of players have watched RS videos and streams. This undoubtedly contributes to player retention and recruitment.

On the bright side, Jagex hasn't gotten rid of this forum, either, so maybe they haven't made up their minds yet. I wonder if there are any staff on the marketing team who work on advertising/video marketing that might be interested in getting involved here.

It's a real shame, the old vidclub had some excellent support and was a great way to get the community to work with one another.

It would be great if we got early concept art again for videos, or the opportunity to make group projects again, like this:

Late reply but: I think this forum for Video Makers was Silentc0res idea, he clearly had something planned for it all but since he was forced to leave this died with it.

I think theres little to no point ever posting here again really.

Not true, video makers and streamers were invited to the premiere of the RuneScape documentary and GameBlast. During any changeover of teams there are going to be quite times and busier ones. The Community Management team have been putting things in place for things to flow better in the future, we see the bigger picture of what we're planning. Hopefully you'll start seeing this as time goes on.
